Help us to remove the barriers that North Devon Council and Tesco are using to prevent affordable, social rented homes in Braunton people!
Braunton Community Land Trust Limited was established in response to the housing crisis in North Devon. It is a community run initiative with the aim of providing rental accommodation at socially affordable rents to those in need of housing with a connection to the village.
